Tomorrow night this time
the party will be in full swing.
Both tables are set,
and I've turned the gathering room
into the appetizer place.
Our church family is coming over for a Christmas Party.
We are having ribs,
baked beans,
three different salads,
chili,
and Bubba's famous wings
cooked on the grill.
I have had fun this week
finishing up with decorating the house
and getting everything ready.
We love to entertain.
to share our bounty with others,
to fellowship and laugh, and have a good time.
Thankful to the Lord tonight
for our church family,
for our pastor and elders,
for our friends,
who together
have a bond in Jesus Christ
whose birth we are celebrating this season.
