I was seven years old.
She was expecting my brother Frankie.
We were in New York City...
at the top of the Statue of Liberty.
She gave me so much....
my love of travel,
my sense of humor,
my love of getting all dressed up.
I was # One for seven years.
Mothers are gifts from God.
He knew we would need their tender love and care.
I am thankful that I had 82 years with mine.
I am glad that I was by her bedside when she died....
my hand was on her pulse
and I felt the last pump of blood through her body.
She was at peace.
Mothering...
hardest job on this earth, also the most rewarding.
Thank you God for my mother!
