...except for the spider plant that got killed by the cold weather.

Yes, the first day of Spring is here.

It's so exciting to see things coming back to life.

The grass,

the leaves on the trees,

flowers,

and even the scrubs look good.

One of the nice things about living in my neighborhood

 is that the landscapers come every week and work their magic on my yard.

I don't have to do a thing.

I am amazed at how much my bushes have grown since I moved in.

The workers have even done some shaping, as you can see in the picture above.

I have been worried about the tree in the front that I worked so hard for.

I was convinced that it had died.

My neighbor's tree has already gotten its leaves and is green and thriving.

On closer inspection, I just now see that mine is alive and well...

just slow getting started.

Oh, Spring, I love you.

So many beautiful new beginnings all over town!

Thank You, God, for the seasons.!
