This I love!!
I have a little metal sign that spells out the word
BREATHE.
Sometimes I need to be reminded to take that
long, deep breath
that makes all the difference in the world.
Stand before the sunrise at the ocean
and remember to breathe deeply,
and then remember Who gives you the ability
to take the next breath.
Praise to the One tonight who sustains us
in our life!
