it's finally here!
Summer!
long days
brilliant sunshine
warm air
ocean warm enough to swim in
fresh vegetables
watermelon
ripe blueberries
pedicures
clothes made out of linen
I love to look down and see
my tanned feet from
walking in the sunlight.
I love to ride my bike
late into the evening.
Today I cooked a huge meal
and asked some people over....
fresh butterbeans
okra
summer squash
ripe tomatoes
so good this rich bounty.
Decorated my hutch to reflect this season....
all of the shells were collected by me,
the sand dollars too.
Thank you God for summer.
