i opened a window for her

Maude was spending a lot of time in the guest room after her family left this morning.
While cleaning, I opened a window for her.
Then I placed my chair next to the window for her to sit on. (there is a ridge in the window sill)
She sat for a long time and looked longingly out of the window.
It will be a while before she sees them again. I kinda feel sorry for her.
David just called. They were in Atlanta on Cleveland Ave. and Lucy had just thrown up all over the van. She inherited her mom's bad bug. Let's all pray that she will feel better and they will be able to continue their trip home.
