Speaking of Barnabus....

"Then when he had come and witnessed the grace of God,
he rejoiced and began to encourage them all with
resolute heart
to remain true to the Lord;
for he was a good man, and full of the Holy Spirit and faith.
And considerable numbers were brought to the Lord." Acts 11: 23 & 24

Barnabus......
saw God' grace at work
rejoiced
began to encourage
with a resolute heart (determined, perserverant, bold)
that they should remain true to God

Barnabus was.....
a good man
full of the Holy Spirit
full of faith

The result.....
considerable numbers were brought to the Lord.

That's what a true believer looks like.
